Hi again everyone! Once more, my sincerest apologies for the lack of updates! I've been busy staying sane and working on a number of projects for the last while - one of which has probably changed the way my life is gonna go!
My sister and I've been working on a portfolio to apply for the Classical Animation course at Vancouver Film School.
We finally, FINALLY, after weeks of work, stress, and screwy computers, sent in the applications yesterday.
And today, my sister and I got the phone call.
WE WERE BOTH ACCEPTED!!!
*cue much partying, smiles, laughter, and jumping about*
I never really and honestly thought we'd be able to take our art places, yanno? I mean, the chance doesn't come often, or easy, and with the economy in what rough shape it's in, this could still be a bumpy ride! But I think the hardest part's over - anyone can borrow money, but not everyone gets accepted to these schools.
It's just.. a little mindblowing, and I'm sure I'll be panicking about finances starting tomorrow, but today's gonna be enjoying the moment. X3 And now that my portfolio's sent off, I'll post some of the pics here!

I drew the animations in good ol' Photoshop (Elements 2.0, to be precise), totally old-school style. Some of them were individual frames so that Mike could time them perfectly to the song, and the others didn't have to be - but I digress. XD It was fun!
